1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vinty (the "Service," "App," or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You may register using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, all unclaimed rewards and tickets will be forfeited.

4Reward System

4.1 Earning Rewards

Users can earn rewards ("Tickets") through:

• Watching advertisements - Earn 1 ticket per ad watched
• Daily login rewards - Earn up to 5 tickets based on login streak
• Completing missions - Earn tickets by achieving mission objectives
• Referral program - Earn 25 tickets for each successful referral
• Special promotions and events

4.3 Missions and Badges

• Missions reset daily at 00:00 UTC.
• Mission progress is tracked automatically and updated in real-time.
• Badges are permanent achievements and cannot be removed once earned.
• Completed missions must be claimed within 7 days of completion.

4.5 Gift Card Redemption

• Users can redeem tickets for gift cards and prizes through package claims.
• Gift cards are provided as-is and subject to the issuing retailer's terms.
• Gift card codes are encrypted and available immediately upon redemption.
• Redemptions are final and non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for gift card usage issues after delivery.

5User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Abuse, hack, exploit, or manipulate the app or its reward system
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn rewards
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent earning limits
• Engage in fraudulent referrals or self-referrals
• Spam ad views faster than the 10-second cooldown period
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Consequences of Violation

• First offense: Warning and temporary suspension
• Repeated offenses: Account termination and forfeiture of all rewards
• Severe violations: Permanent ban and potential legal action

6Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection

• We collect information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• This includes email, usage statistics, ad viewing history, and device information.
• All gift card codes are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption.

6.2 Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive:

• Transactional emails (account verification, password resets)
• Notification emails (mission completion, prize wins)
• Promotional emails (optional, can be disabled in settings)

7Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Vinty or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7.2 User-Generated Content

• Profile pictures and usernames must not violate intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without notice.

8Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service "As-Is"

• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or their content.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or rewards
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Issues with third-party gift cards or prizes after delivery

Maximum liability is limited to the value of rewards earned in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Services

• The Service may integrate with Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and other third-party services.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these services.

9Modifications to Service and Terms

9.1 Changes to Terms

• We may modify these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

9.2 Changes to Rewards

We reserve the right to:

• Modify reward amounts and earning mechanisms
• Add or remove missions, badges, and prizes
• Adjust rate limits and daily caps
• Change gift card offerings and package options

10Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11Termination

11.2 By Vinty

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or abuse
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)
• Legal or regulatory requirements

13Miscellaneous

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party.
